First, determine how long you'll need to reach your goals (commitment period). We offer 3, 6, 9, and year long fitness plans.

Second, figure out how many times a week you'll need to workout to achieve your fitness goals (frequency of training). We've matched our plan categories with the ideal person listed below. Keep in mind, the more challenging your goals, the more often you'll need to workout to achieve them.

Combine #1 & #2 together and GIVE US A CALL! We'll make sure the plan you select is a good "fit" for you.

After we have met and enrolled you in the right plan, we'll celebrate your new commitment and work on creating your personalized workouts for you (so you don't have to think!). You'll make your personal training session appointments and connect online on Zoom with one of our certified EE Personal Trainers, ensuring you are doing each exercise correctly. Best of all, we got you! We're there in real-time with you! This is the solution you've been searching for! TOTAL FIT PLANS
Our Most Serious Health & Fitness Conditioning Plans
Includes 12-15 online sessions a month
Workout with a certified EE Personal Trainer *at least 3X/week
*depending on the plan's term committment
