in 3 Simple Steps!

First, you'll need to determine how long you'll need to reach your goals (commitment period). We offer 3, 6, 9, and year long fitness plans.

Next, you'll want to figure out how many times a week you'll need to workout to achieve your fitness goals (frequency of training). If you're not sure, we've provided our plan categories and ideal considerations listed below. Keep in mind, the more challenging your goals, the more often you'll need to workout to achieve them.

Combine #1 & #2 together and GIVE US A CALL! We'll make sure the plan you select is a good "fit" for you.

After we have met and enroll you in the right plan, we'll create your personalized workout programs for you and then meet online to instruct you through them all, making sure you are doing each exercise correctly. Your promise- to schedule you private sessions, have fun during all your workouts, and begin to watch your body transform.
TOTAL FIT PLANS
Our Most Serious Health & Fitness Conditioning Plans
Includes 12-15 sessions a month
*Working Out with US at least 3X/week
*depending on the plan you select
Ideal for you if:

you have currently have poor health and/or it has been recommended by your doctor that you start a regular exercise program

you want to be physically and mentally supported with encouragement from an experienced fitness professional to keep yourself accountable

you want to improve your metabolism which will allow for a little wiggle room in your daily caloric intake without gaining weight

Our Supplemental Fitness Plans
Includes 4-5 sessions a month
*Working Out with US at least 1X/week
*depending on the plan you select
