How To Select Your Fitness Plan

  1. First determine how long will it take you to achieve your fitness goals? We offer 3, 6, 9, 12 month fitness plan terms. 

  2. Next, determine how many times a week (frequency of training) you'll need to achieve your fitness goals. We've provided you with a list of our plan categories below along with some of the most common goals that our members are currently reaching their goals in. This is the most important consideration to make. The more challenging your goals, the more often we'll need to workout together online with you.

  3.  Combine #1 & #2 together and head on over to our "Plans & Pricing" page to view your plan's affordable monthly payments and make your purchase. What are you waiting for? Let's get you going! TOTAL FIT PLANS
Our Most Serious Conditioning Plans
Includes 12-15 sessions a month
Ideal for you if:

  • you want to be physically and mentally pushed with the encouragement from an experienced fitness professional

  • you want to lose more than 10% of your current body weight

  • you want to build lean muscle mass and achieve a sculpted physique

  • you want to improve your metabolism which will allow for a little wiggle room in your daily caloric intake without gaining weight

  • you don't really participate in any other regular physical activities 

  • you want to look your best everyday

  • you are looking for an intense short-term way to prepare for a special occasion such as a wedding or school/family reunion

  • you've been unsuccessful with other programs

  • you believe desire a more holistic and nature approach to better health

  • you have a recommended HEP from a physical therapist to follow regularly

Includes 8-10 sessions a month

  • you want to keep your metabolic rate moderate and follow a successful nutritional plan

  • you want to improve and maintain the look of your body

  • you are seeking a well-rounded natural approach to keeping in shape

  • your doctors are encouraging you to exercise regularly

STAY FIT PLANS
Our Supplemental Fitness Plans
Includes 4-5 sessions a month

  • you are a beginner and want to start off slowly towards establish a healthy lifestyle shift

  • you participate regularly in at least two other physical activities a week and want a strength training supplement to add to your overall fitness routine

  • you plan on repeating your weekly workouts done online with one of our trainers by independently exercising a few more times a week on your own
